Refined oil painting on canvas, embellished with a carved and gilded wooden frame, completed by a white fabric mat. The painting depicts an interior scene, with a child sitting on the floor in the foreground, dressed in period clothes, playing with a ball. A plant can be seen around him, while red curtains can be glimpsed in the background. It is a work of great taste and refinement, appreciable for the rendering of colors and details, capable of adding a touch of class to any environment. The signature "N. Bencini" and the date October 1929 are present in the lower left. The painting dates back to the famous Tuscan painter Natale Bencini (1902-1973), whose style was initially influenced by Macchiaioli painting, as in the work in question, and then evolved towards tonalism.
