Elegant carved and ebonized wooden side table, characterized by a refined oriental style. The shaft and the three-legged base feature elaborate moldings, and the feet are further adorned with delicate gilded painted decoration in phytomorphic motifs. The tabletop stands out for its sophisticated elegance, with a border enhanced by mother-of-pearl inlay. In the center, an oriental figural scene is masterfully painted and enriched with additional mother-of-pearl inlay. In this floral landscape, three figures are depicted: a main figure seated on an ox, holding a scepter, accompanied by two smaller figures, likely part of their retinue, carrying objects.
